THESI EvS BUSINESS UP offers a module for warehouse management, structured specifically for small companies that aim to innovate their work style in the name of efficiency. The system allows you to automate difficult  processes to be managed manually and that require the use of a considerable amount of time. For example, inventory management and automate operational activities such as loading, unloading and positioning of goods, in order to reduce operational errors and promote the streamlining of work activities. The warehouse module is integrated and/or can be integrated with the production management module and/or with the transport management module. The integration allows companies to achieve significant levels of efficiency.

Goods inbound management

The Warehouse Management Module allows you to plan and manage goods receipt by integrating with the module dedicated to the Logistics service.

 

The Logistics module, integrated with the warehouse module, organizes the arrival of goods in the warehouse and allows you to track the lots for the identification of the lots, whether they are raw goods, consignment goods or finished products.

Goods Positioning

The system allows you to automatically manage the loading and unloading operations as well as the positioning of the goods in the warehouse.

 

The identification of the positioning of the goods is facilitated by the use of the unique serial GS1 SSCC.

 

The positioning or picking operation by operators is facilitated by the passage of information available in the system, in real time.

Items management

The system includes the selection, classification and categorization of items (also by catalog) with the use of classic codes such as EAN 13, COD 39 and QRCode and integrates the GS1 SSCC international labeling code.

Inventory

The inventory can be carried out by location or on the spot  for companies that also deal with production.

 

The inventory carried out on the spot does not hinder, but in fact, it facilitates the normal production activity.

Warehouse purchase planning

The planning of warehouse purchases by operators is facilitated by the possibility of extrapolating and/or printing the “Warehouse Mapping“, other than the ability to view and / or print the entire history of all movements warehouse, both incoming and outgoing.

 

The system allows you to monitor warehouse stocks in real time.

 

This function takes into account the consumption actually made, the production needs and the RDA sent to suppliers.

 

The purchase and sales history allows you to efficiently monitor the active and passive cycle.

Statistical functions

The System comes with Statistical Functions capable of monitoring and managing the progress and planning of stocks and the reordering of stocks for companies that deal with production, as well as functions capable of making estimates on sales statistics.
