CRM – Agents Area

The system offers the possibility of having personal data of the agents which a working relationship is managed with. Each agent present in the personal data is given their own reference card on which it is possible to record personal data, the customer portfolio managed by them, other annotations that allow to estimate the behavior of the agent in the relationship that has been built with them in the time in chronological order.
The company’s relationship with the agents is fostered by the integration of Mobile Technologies with the Management System based on the Industry 4.0 model. The integration of the available systems encourages the automation of the “sales force” and offers the opportunity to support the activities of the agents to those who work in the Back Office.

 

Each agent has the ability to verify, on their devices, all the information for each individual user in order to promote an effective interaction with new customers and to consolidate the relationship with those already acquired. On the mobile system information is available on:
¤ Agenda;
¤ Contracts in place for individual customers;
¤ Contracts to be signed;
¤ Blocked customers;
¤ Products catalogue;
¤ Prices per catalogue;
¤ Product availability by type;
¤ “Expected delivery date”;
¤ Orders;
¤ Discounts and promotions.
The agent can view the orders placed, make new orders, make estimates and offers and turn the estimates into orders to be sent to the Administration.

 

The system includes the automatic sending of all types of documents (orders, contracts, invoices, etc …) from the agent’s device to the Administration Office that can proceed with the order fulfillment and invoicing. There is also the possibility to send e-mails, texts, and to activate and to store phone calls and messages.

 

The management has the ability to make estimates both on sales forecasts and on current sales trends through the information sent by the agents both on the “attempted sale” activities and on the whole commercial process followed up to that moment.
The system offers the possibility to make sales statistics for each product and associate them with the activities for each agent in order to estimate their commissions.

 

The activity is facilitated by the estimated revenue for each individual customer acquired.
