The system allows to estimate real and actual behavioral profiles for customer through the annotations collected in the personal data in order to plan and propose targeted marketing campaigns.
The System can detect, both through the annotations collected in the personal data and through the data taken from questionnaires (if voluntarily filled in by customers during an advertising research activity promoted by the company), the degree of customer satisfaction, arising issues of particular requests and needs in order to set up targeted commercial policies.
The statistical estimates on the degree of customer satisfaction and on the information data collected in the various campaigns enable you to make a comparison with the business policies adopted by the company and to adapt product policies.

 

The company, “data in hand”, can opt for “adaptation” and/or “standardization” policies based on the estimated cost/benefit assessment.
The system enables to carry out sales statistics for each article and offers the possibility to companies that adopt it  to make temporal associations to the sales of a specific article. The basic principle on which the System is based on  is “time series methods“, through which the amount of sales of a given product per month, quarter or year is calculated in value or quantity. A specific function can estimate the “repurchase” of a product over time by a customer who is a fundamental element for understanding his degree of satisfaction with a given item. The system is able to carry out statistics on consumption peaks, estimating the period in which a product is best sold, and also takes into account the seasonal factor which ,for many companies, is a determining element of evaluation. The customer who opts for this solution can, with a simple click, extract the history of sales made for each item. The System comes with statistical indices such as the “Rotation Index“, which allows you to know the number of times, in a certain period of time, the material “is renewed” or “rotates” in the warehouse or in storage, in order to avoid the remaining unsold goods, favor the rotation of goods and optimize stocks.
