Since 2012, Sintel has provided its Software application in Cloud Computing, giving the users the opportunity to connect to the Company Server anytime and anywhere from all over the world. The characteristics of the Cloud Infrastructure make it readily understand how this “architecture” makes the organisation of a Smart Working project easily possible. Amongst the main advantages, there’s the significant reduction of the environmental impact facilitated by the use of technologies.
The “Smart Working” can be identified as a new managerial philosophy based on the “return”of flexibility to people and autonomy in terms of choice of the spaces, timetables and tools to use, in the face of their greater accountability in the results.
The Agile Work allows a new and efficent model of virtual organisation of the office which can be developed through the ThesiEvS ActDocWorkflow module, integrated with our ERP ThesiEvS®. This new working style syntetises a process of change which entails the availability of people to welcome a new paradigma for the smart organisation of all the business fields, and because of this it can be defined as an approach through the collective organisation of work.
The ThesiEvS® application modules are designed to carry out a Smart Working project within the company.
The first step to do consists of the re-organisaztion of the IT infrastructure which must necessarily allow the access from the outside and has to be equipped with a module for the document management and all he necessary for the daily work. In this context, it is clear that the training of the staff is a crucial aspect.
The adoption of this flexible infrastructure model means saving movements, energy and the use of paper-based tools (copy and print of documents) with a consequent significant reduction of the enviromental impact.
Adopting a Smart Working plan doesn’t only mean “working from home’ and using new technologies, buti it entails the revision of a leadership model and the company organisation. This way, the concept of cooperation is strenghtened and sharing spaces is encouraged. According to the Smart vision, the concept of office becomes ‘open’ or virtual since the actual working space is the one that encourages the creativity of people, generates relations that go beyond the company borders, stimulates new ideas and in other words, it promotes a new business.
The agile work is regulated by the law of May, 22 2017, n 81, published on the Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 135 of June, 13 2017 and entred into force on June 14, 2017.
The Smart Working is not a particular type of legal relationship, but only an alternative implementing mode of the subordinate working relationship defined via a written agreement between the parties, without specific time or place constraints. The service, indeed, can be partly performed within the business premise sas well as partly outside them with the possible use of technological tools to carry out the working activities.
The law n 81/2017 relies on the voluntary individual agreement between the parties to define the specific working conditions of smart working for the duties which are objectively compatible with an useful development of thecharacterizing activities outside the company, via computer links.
